You can pay your rent online through the resident portal or mobile app. Simply log in, choose your payment method (bank account or card - may include a convenience fee), and submit your payment. You can also set up automatic payments for convenience.

Yes! Our homes for rent come with private yards for your own backyard oasis.

Yes! We have regular events to help you connect with your neighbors throughout the year held at our clubhouse, pool, or dog park! 

At Meadow + Main, there are options for everyone! Our homes for rent are available in one, two, and three-bedroom layouts. 

Yes! Get ready for maintenance-free living. We have a professional and dedicated maintenance team available during regular office hours. For added peace of mind, we also offer 24-hour emergency services for urgent situations. 

Residents can submit orders through the Resident Portal or Resident Experience App, or visit the leasing office during business hours to speak with our team directly. For emergency maintenance, please call the emergency maintenance number and follow the prompts to reach the on-call maintenance team. 

No, you do not need to be home for maintenance work to be completed. With your permission, our team can perform services during normal business hours using authorized access. If you prefer to be present, simply let us know and we’ll schedule an appointment at a time that works best for you.

Yes! Our Jenks homes for rent are pet-friendly. Some breed restrictions do apply, so please contact our office for full details and guidelines. 

There is a one-time Pet Fee of $500 per pet due at move in. There is monthly Pet Rent of $35 per month, per pet. 

Pet restrictions may apply based on breed or weight. For the most up-to-date guidelines and approval requirements, please contact our management office—we’re happy to provide details and help ensure your pet is welcome in our community!

Yes! We have a dog park for our furry friends to play and meet their neighbors. 

Applications are typically processed within 48–72 hours once all required documents have been submitted for screening. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process and notify you as soon as your application is approved! 

Yes. Renter’s insurance is required for all residents. Proof of coverage must be provided prior to move-in and maintained throughout your lease term. If you need assistance selecting a policy or submitting documentation, our team is happy to help.

Utilities are set up individually, giving you the flexibility to choose providers that best fit your needs. Each resident manages their own accounts and receives separate billing directly from the utility companies.

Yes! We do offer short‑term lease options. Availability can vary, so please contact our leasing office for current options and details—we’re happy to walk you through what’s available and help find the best fit for your needs.
